Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – GOST^® (Global Ocean Security Technologies), a world leader in marine security, tracking, monitoring and video surveillance systems, announced today the success of its annual dealer training seminar, held on July 21^st at the Bahia Mar Hotel in Fort Lauderdale.

The event drew over 100 marine technicians and salespeople. Dealers were introduced to new products, sales tools, and a complete technical overview of the entire product line. It was a team effort with many staff members contributing to different aspects the entire day. The event began with a sales overview of the newest product innovations including the new GOST Apparition followed by the GOST WATCH HD XVR and the 1080p and PTZ camera. Next, a sales review of how to build the perfect system for every vessel and customer’s needs. From there, the day turned very technical to assure that the marine electronic technicians in attendance got the most out of their valuable time. Attendees learned about the simplicity and nuances of the complete line of security, tracking, monitoring, access control, video surveillance, acoustic deterrent and cloaking systems.

Throughout the day, technicians were brought to the docks to see the 62-foot Azimut Phantom Services response vessel and a 37-foot Boston Whaler Outrage demonstration boat from Lauderdale Marina. Tony Sparks of Phantom Services also reviewed security services offered exclusively to GOST customers including 24/7 vessel monitoring, yacht recovery, vulnerability assessments and more.

Also announced at the annual training, Allison Gay was honored as Employee of the Year in recognition of her steadfast work in many areas including marketing, accounting and new website development.
