Rus Graham brings 33 years of marketing to the table. Prior to co-founding Rushton Gregory, Rus was a founder of two successful start-up companies and a senior marketing executive at three Fortune 500 companies. With his in-house marketing background, Rus maintains an inherent first-hand knowledge of our clients’ challenges and expectations. His no-nonsense approach to marketing seamlessly blends branding and sales generating activities into a cohesive whole.
Andrew Golden
Principal & Co-Founder
Andrew Golden has spent the last 26 years perfecting the art of promotions, publicity and media relations. Prior to co-founding Rushton Gregory, Andrew held director of Public Relations positions for successful New York and Massachusetts advertising agencies, and served as president of a Boston-based communications firm. Instrumental in driving our clients’ awareness efforts, Andrew is a technologist at heart, actively learning the products he markets and regularly acting as a client’s company spokesperson.
Jordan Balbresky
VP | Client Service
In a past life, Jordan was a 10-year marketing executive in the consumer electronics space, followed by a 10-year stint living in the Caribbean as a professional mariner. A 100-ton Master and scuba instructor, Jordan sailed over 24,000 miles offshore, most notably racing across the Atlantic on a 65-foot sailboat and worked on charter yachts, both sail and power, up to 80-feet. Having returned to agency life, he has worked as a marketing executive in the marine space for the past decade. Jordan has successfully blended his hands-on experience with his marketing background to promote our clients in various capacities from social media management, press release and article drafting, and overseeing award submissions, and contributes content to numerous industry publications.

A seasoned advertising professional, Virginia brings a wealth of media planning skills to the Rushton Gregory team. Her extensive experience in both the recreational and commercial marine markets, helps Virginia craft media programs that are ideally suited for our clients.

Lauren’s career includes experience in marine and outdoor publishing with Bonnier Corporation, and sales, marketing and event management for the NMMA. Her broad industry contacts and consumer marketing, social media strategy, and partnership and sponsorship management know-how allow her to oversee every aspect of our clients’ marketing programs and ensure deliverables are executed according to plan.
